Booking, Cancellation and Payment Policy
I recognise that your time often requires you to manage your diary effectively, so you can book appointments ahead of time for several consecutive weeks.
I understand the practical difficulties in attending appointments due to work, family or unforeseen events. However, I would really appreciate your assistance to my service by attending appointments or cancelling with reasonable notice. Managing appointments in this way ensures individual progress and reduces waiting times for others.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and I ask for these to be booked and paid for in advance to confirm your slot
I respectfully request that within 24 hours of booking an agreed timeslot, that you make an advance payment to confirm your appointment. Appointments which remain unconfirmed after a reminder may be cancelled and offered to another client.
If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can offer you an alternative time.
Payment
Payment can be made online upon booking or by bank transfer to the following account. I can also issue invoices and receipts if required for business owners. Session fees are subject to periodic review, and I will give clients advance notice of any increase.
Cancellations
All bookings and cancellations can be made through email to: louise@thecorporatehaven.com or phone to 07765 492 818. Please leave a message if you feel comfortable to do so. Please be aware responses to phone calls and emails can take up to 24 hours, during Monday to Friday working hours only.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours’ (two working days) ahead of the next appointment will not be charged.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked appointment will be charged in full.
I will always endeavour to offer you an alternative appointment even at late notice but if I am full, or if you cannot make the alternative offered, then the missed appointment is unfortunately chargeable.
There may be occasions when you are genuinely unable to cancel within this time scale i.e. sudden illness, bereavement or severe weather conditions. On such occasions, please contact me as soon as possible and this will not affect your sessions, or any advance payments made.
There may also be occasions where I also have to cancel sessions due to illness, severe weather conditions etc. In these circumstances I will always endeavour to contact you as quickly and discreetly as possible and rearrange the session as soon as possible. I will let you know well in advance if I am not going to be available due to training or a holiday.
If that start of a session arrives and you are running late, I will contact you after 5 and 15 minutes, after which the appointment will need to be cancelled as beginning later impacts our ability to work effectively during the session, the full session will be charged.
